  • All prices displayed on our store are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), as our services and deliveries are strictly limited to within Pakistan. These prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We use secure, industry-standard payment gateways. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • We process and ship orders as per the timelines mentioned in our Shipping Policy.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, provided delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by third-party courier companies, extreme weather, or other external factors.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our return policy will apply.

  • Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted strictly in accordance with our official Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and reported within the specified return window to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Under no circumstances shall dezuf pk, its directors, or employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products.

ادائیگی اور قیمتیں (Urdu)

  • ہمارے اسٹور پر دکھائی گئی تمام قیمتیں پاکستانی روپے (PKR) میں ہیں کیونکہ ہماری سروسز اور ڈیلیوری صرف پاکستان کی حد تک محدود ہیں۔ ان قیمتوں کو کسی بھی پیشگی نوٹس کے بغیر تبدیل کیا جا سکتا ہے۔

  • ہم کسی بھی وقت کسی بھی پراڈکٹ یا سروس کو تبدیل یا ختم کرنے کا حق محفوظ رکھتے ہیں۔

  • ہم محفوظ اور مستند پیمنٹ گیٹ ویز کا استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ اپنی ادائیگی کی معلومات فراہم کر کے، آپ اس بات کی تصدیق کرتے ہیں کہ آپ منتخب کردہ پیمنٹ کا طریقہ استعمال کرنے کے مجاز ہیں اور فراہم کردہ معلومات درست ہیں۔

2. شپنگ اور ڈیلیوری (Shipping & Delivery)

  • ہم آرڈرز کو اپنی شپنگ پالیسی میں بتائے گئے وقت کے مطابق پروسیس اور شپ کرتے ہیں۔

  • اگرچہ ہماری پوری کوشش ہوتی ہے کہ آپ کا آرڈر وقت پر پہنچے، لیکن ڈیلیوری کے اوقات تخمینی (estimates) ہوتے ہیں۔ ہم کوریئر کمپنیوں، خراب موسم، یا دیگر بیرونی عوامل کی وجہ سے ہونے والی غیر متوقع تاخیر کے ذمہ دار نہیں ہیں۔

3. واپسی، ریفنڈ اور منسوخی (Returns, Refunds & Cancellations)

  • منسوخی (Cancellations): آپ اپنا آرڈر اس وقت تک کینسل کر سکتے ہیں جب تک وہ ہمارے ویئر ہاؤس سے ڈسپیچ نہ ہوا ہو۔ آرڈر شپ ہونے کے بعد اسے منسوخ نہیں کیا جا سکتا اور پھر اس پر ہماری ریٹرن پالیسی لاگو ہوگی۔

  • واپسی اور ریفنڈ (Returns & Refunds): پراڈکٹس کی واپسی صرف ہماری آفیشل ریٹرن پالیسی کے مطابق قبول کی جائے گی۔ ریفنڈ یا ایکسچینج کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ آئٹم استعمال نہ ہوا ہو، اپنی اصل پیکنگ میں ہو، اور مقررہ وقت کے اندر رپورٹ کیا گیا ہو۔

4. ذمہ داری کی حد (Limitation of Liability)

  • کسی بھی صورت میں (dezuf pk)، اس کے ڈائریکٹرز، یا عملہ ہماری ویب سائٹ، سروسز یا پراڈکٹس کے استعمال سے پیدا ہونے والے کسی بھی براہ راست، بالواسطہ یا حادثاتی نقصان کا ذمہ دار نہیں ہوگا۔

  • ہم اس بات کی ضمانت نہیں دیتے کہ ہماری سروس کا آپ کا استعمال بلا تعطل، بروقت، محفوظ یا غلطیوں سے پاک ہوگا۔

  • ہم اس بات کا حق محفوظ رکھتے ہیں کہ کسی بھی وقت اس پیج پر اپ ڈیٹس پوسٹ کر کے ان شرائط کے کسی بھی حصے کو اپ ڈیٹ، تبدیل یا تبدیل کر سکیں۔
